There are no instructions available right now to change the blade on the sealed air Instapak 900 by yourself. You should contact your tech person or can check this link for replacing :

My blade holder spins freely after i hit a big rock and i can not remove the blade holder to see what the problem is

Gasoline will vaporlock. Since all gases block liquids look for a loop seal and the gas will be built up at the top of the seal. If it is indeed air look for wetting, because were air goes in liquids go out.

Paslode 350s .The drive pin will not retract behind the next nail. I replaced all the orings and reassembled the way the pieces were (because of minor wear) With the air at 80 to 100 psi it should be...

Usually there are four things that affect the driver not reaching the top of cylinder. Piston oring too tight or too loose, exhaust air is restricted at top of gun , check valve oring is missing, or air leaking down thru blade seal. Assuming that the piston oring is ok and exhaust is not restricted, make sure that oring # 092235 is in place covering the small holes on the outer lower portion of the cylinder. this is the check valve that causes piston to come up. If, however, too much air leaks down past the blade seal, the driver will not make it to the top. Blade seal is a metal washer with slit just large enough to pass the driver blade. If worn, just make a washer out of tire tube and make a small cut with sharp blade just large enough to pass the driver blade. Make the washer larger than the metal washer and just place it on top of the metal washer. Put back together and nail away. Good luck

How much air space

Air space needed around the sub is a minimum of 1 inch, but 3-7 is preferred. If you get too big you can get an echo sound. Sealed is my preferred box - it generally gives you the deep base thumping you are probably looking for.
Hope this helps! Rate my solution!

Pull at the bottom of the shaver head- it has a small pin that snaps into the drive mechanism- it is hard to get free, but will come off.
