WHAT IS THE MASTER CODE FOR ALL PHONES?

There isn't one!

if there was, every thieving toe-rag would have a field day. User set pass codes can only open the phone with the correct code as set by the user. PUK codes because some thieving toe-rag has already thieved the phone can only be generated by the cellphone carrier after verifying security questions that the phone belongs to the person asking. Trying a code wrong 3 times locks the phone, 10 wrong times locks the SIM card and requires a new one to be sent. Both require the PUK Code from the carrier.

Nokia 7210 i forget my password

If you have forgot the password for a Nokia 7210, you can do a master rest to your mobile. This would restore your phone with default factory settings. you can get the master reset code from www.Classicunlocking.com at affordable cost.

I am trying to set up security on my phone however I, already lost my user manual. This is the first time that I am going to set up phone lock but I, don't know the default pass code? can you please...

use this code to access admin settings (*#6984125*# OR *#5239870*#)
whean you try to access the "Codes" option a master key will be requested so enter this code:
*#9072641*#
and change every code you want.

Dial *#06# from your phone. A 15 digit code will appear on the screen, which is called the IMEI number of the phone. Pass this number over to me.

Bought second hand Samsung F400 today - it has a pass code set

If your looking at your phone screen and it’s asking you for a security code, you may want to try the last 4 digits of your cell phone number, that is the default for most phones. If that does not work then you can try 9999 or 0000. Those are also standard with most phone companies. If after that you still have no luck, call your service provider to get help with the code otherwise you risk locking your phone out permanently which stops you from being able to receive phone calls, text messages, etc. I’m sorry your having so much trouble with this! I hope I was able to help you today!

If it is configured to lock the screen it can yes if you don't know the code try 0000 if that doesn't work reboot phone and before the screen locks type 277634#*# it will open a hidden engineer's menu and you can choose master rest phone and it will set all settings and codes to default and turn the screen lock off for you.
