Question about Vacuums
All kids of brush are having same problem. They get stuck after a few times used. If you have a user manual, please check the section where it is explained how to maintain your product. Cleaning your brush can be done easily, depends on the model. Use a dusting brush & crevice tool to vacuum clean the brush and fan it well. Check for any material parts who can get under the rotative brush and untangle.
If this is not helping, plese find an authorised service center, depends on the producer it might cost or not for serviceing accesories.
