REMOVE THE MEMORY STICK, REMOVE ANY UMD GAME INSIDE, REMOVE THE BATTERY,

PLUG ONLY THE POWER SUPPLY TO THE PSP
NOW TURN IT ON

IF IT WORKS, TRY TO PUT THE THING YOU REMOVE BACK ONE BY ONE
YOU WILL FIND OUT WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM

IF THIS DIDN'T WORK, YOU KNOW THAT YOU TRIED TO HACK YOUR PSP
AND YOU BRICKED IT.

PLEASE RATE IF THIS HELPED YOU

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.

Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.

To reset your iPhone settings,

picexporterror From the home screen, Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.

Still having problems?
Try deleting all the existing settings.

Note: The step given below will delete all the data on your iPhone. It will also give a reset to your settings.
From the home screen, Tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Contents and Settings.

Or:

If iPhone won't turn on, or the display freezes or doesn't respond

  1. Press and hold the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the application you were using quits.
  2. If that doesn't work, turn iPhone off and turn it on again. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPhone for 10 seconds until a red slider appears, and then slide the slider. Then press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
  3. If that doesn't work, reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears

Let me know if this helps or not, there are other resets available :

if itunes recognizes the phone use the restore option if not you need to perform a force recovery mode. to do this hold power and home screen buttons until the screen resets when it does keep holding the home screen button and plug in the phone to the computer after a few seconds itunes should see a phone in recovery mode and force you to do a restore. if that does not work you might have a hardware problem and will need to go to a store.

    In-game Problem

Try changing your homebrew FW in recovery menu (Hold R trigger when you power on the psp) and go to homebrew (it will say 1.5 or your current FW) pick the one thats higher.

If that dosent fix it you might need to upgrade your CFW.
