I am unable to find a new battery for my mobile phone, I have the number but no one seems to stock it. S/N: TH2QA114S/4-G

It can be any number of things.

1. Batteries are bad. Just because they are new, does not make them good or batteries you placed in the scooter are a lower (a.h.) than what is recommended by manufacturer.
2. short in the front/rear harness.
3. short in console.
4. park brake issue.
5. Thermal rollback.

It is an issue that a Technician should look at.

Ifthe recharable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be wornout. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cyclesand will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up atall. ORThe battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected thebattery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. Ifthe battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to bereplaced.

try using the last 4 digits of the cell phone number.

It sounds like you are in a poor coverage area of under a metal roof. The phone(s) will scan and scan, losing battery charge quickly because they are not designed to scan for long. Calls going to VM and unable to call out simply confirm this to me. New phone will never fix a coverage issue. Buy a high end cellular booster, install it correctly and your phone will work. I cannot emphasize installation enough, I never had a unit return in 18 years if we installed it and had a 70% return by lazy customers. We stopped selling them without installation. Good luck. Start with Wilson and go higher in price if you can.
