the Go Gear from computer. Press the reset pinhole until the player turns
off. Hold in the PLAY (round) button, and reconnect the player to the
computer while holding the PLAY button in. KEEP
holding the Play button! The new hardware found wizard will eventually
come up. Select 'Not this time', then next, then 'Allow Windows to
Automatically choose...' next, then finish,
Then ...Open the Philips Device Manager, and go to Repair Tab. Reset the player one more time while connected to computer. Follow the repair instructions.
