Please and see if the processor fan is ventillating to the processor and so there is no heat build up to shut down the thermal switch. If there is dust use a good blower an brush to clean , make sure the fan works. Also the fan on the SMPS unit also must work well.
Check on all the connectors, press them all down. check the mains power .
Finally check on the power options for any changes or settings for shut down./ hibernate or sleep mode
