From your phone's menu, select 'settings'.
Go to 'connectivity', select 'bluetooth'. Under the bluetooth menu, you would see the following sub menu
1. Blue tooth
can be set to either 'on' or 'off'.
2.conn. to audio access - you select this if yuo want to connect your phone to a bluetooth earpiece.
3. Paired device
under this, you would see 'add
new device'. You select it if there
is a new device you want to add.
4. Active devices - it shows any device that is active.
5. Phone visibility.
Select 'always visible' if you want
your device to always be visible
to any active device.
Select 'temporarily visible' if you
want to be temporarily visible.
Select 'hidden' if you want to be
hidden. To other devices.
6. My phones' name. Select this to change your phones' name from the default to any name of your choice.

My nokia c7 not connecting to HP pavilion thru bluetooth

Make sure that the blue-tooth is active on the PC and the phone. Now search for devices and when it detects , confirm the passcode and accept the device so as to allow the transfer of files.
Open blue-tooth settings in phone from settings and in PC from blue-tooth manager.
