Question about Grundig GU19WDT 19 in. LCD TV
Using AV entry ensure that the red/white leads have been connected properly to TV Audio input. SCART is supposed to have built in sound. Test using a different scart.
Try disconnecting power cord for fifteen minutes, that will discharge internal component and reset the TV. Double check audio settings just in case.
If all that does not help, then the problem is likely the sound circuit inside TV. In this case the audio circuit is built-in the main board. Usually with the 19'' LCD TVs you need to replace the main board. Parts for this model are not available from third party distributors. In case the TV is defective, I suggest calling the Grundig number listed on your owners manual to arrange repair or to check part availability.
