There is a problem with the boot source. Try to fix tight the hard disk cable, boot again. If not solved, try checking the settings to see if the hard disk is connected. If connected try booting from an operating system compact disk and run a recovery of your operating system.

There are no drivers for CPUs.
The drivers are motherboard and device specific (the motherboard can be regarded as a device).
They will also depend on your operating system (which you should specify)

My old fan 12v dc1.1a but have purcase new fan 12v dc 2.4a this fan working properly but large sound are cerated.please give me suggestion.

Not all fans have the same level of noise. Even if the fans look the same, the bearings, the default RPM, and the shape of the blades (just to name a few) can all affect the sound level of a fan.

I highly recommend fans from a company called Nexus if you are looking for quiet fans.

I want ibm thinkcentre 8123 drivers for windows7

Hi nancy cute47....

Sorry I could not get your drivers for you for your ThinkCenter 8123, because you did not put in which model it was... A, E, Edge, M, or S.
So what I did is got the webpage for you to finish up getting your drivers, its really easy from here.
Just fill in the boxes with the info they are asking for...and before you know it you will be downloading your FREE drivers for your ThinkCenter.
Please take time to rate me thumbs up

IBM 8123 not powering on the problem is the start up fan is running continuously.

Hello Dear,

If the Startup FAN is running, means the Power is going to your motherboard and other components. SMPS seems OK. You should check the display cable and CMOS Battery.
Just try to pull out the battery and Make the machien switch ON. (Don't forget to Check the display cable is connected or not).
If it is then means your CMOS battaery is faulty one.

Not have a sound driver

You can go to the IBM website to download drivers here:

http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product.do?brandind=11&familyind=0&operatingsystemind=49979&template=%2Fproductselection%2Flandingpages%2FdownloadsDriversLandingPage.vm&validate=true

You'll have to select the correct information for your model. I was not able to find a thinkcentre 8123, but to the right, IBM also offers a "Detect my system" option in which case, you can just select that.

Fans run at full speed under normal task.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE CPU AND MB AND PSU IS NOT COOLING OFF ENOUGH AND CAUSING THE FAN TO RUN ON HIGH ALL THE TIME, THE PSU MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH WATTS POWER TO RUN THE CONFIGURATION TO KEEP THE SYSTEM AND HARDWARE TO COOL.

I READ IT IN ONE OF MY PC MAGAZINE, ANOTHER PERSON UPRADED SYSTEM, ADDED SOME OTHER STUFF BUT THE MB AND POWER SUPPLY UNIT DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH WATTS TO SUPPORT BASIC REQUIREMENTS OPERATING THE SYSTEM BASIC NEEDS.
FIND SOFTWARE THAT KEEPS EYE ON HEAT ISSUES, MB, VIDEO CARD, RAM, PS, CPU, CPU COOLERS, NIC CARDS, SOUND CARDS,
ETC.
EACH PART REQUIRES SO MUCH POWER
AND HERE HOW IT BRAKE DOWN FOR EACH COMPONET

MB 20-35+ WATTS
CD ROM 20-25 WATTS
DVD 30-45 WATTS
DISK DRIVE 5 WATTS
HD 5-15 WATTS
STANDARD VIDEO VARD 5-15 WATTS
MEMORY 5 WATTS PER MB

NEW SYSTEMS WITH THE FOLLOWING STUFF IN IT FLOPPY DRIVE,CD-ROM, MB, 16MB RAM, REQUIRES A MIN. 150 WATTS OF POWER.

BUT I KNOW YOU MAY HAVE TOP OF THE LINE VIDEO CARD WITH GGR4 WITH 512MB
MEMORY, 2-8 GIG OF RAM, 23 INCH LCD MONITOR, 2 500GB HD, BLUETOOTH AND WIRELESS NETORK, AND WIFI CAPABILITIES,
NEW DUAL CORE CPU TOP LINE MOTHERBOARD, COOLED VIDEO CARD,RAM COOLER ALSO AND THIS SYSTEM POWER WATTAGE REQUIREMENTS MAYBE SOME WHERE AROUND 400-600 WATT, AND MOST OF THAT IS FOR THE SYSTEM RAM AND THE VIDEO RAM YOU ARE RUNNING
REMEMBER 5 WATTS PER 1 MEGABYTE OF
RAM
IT WILL ADD UP FAST BOY'S AND GAL'S

ROD

PS I HOPE I DIDNT BORE ANYONE,
IT MAY SAVE YOUR SYSTEM FROM BURNING UP.
