Question about Samsung SGH-G600 Cellular Phone

1 Answer

Phone will not switch on battery fully charged. This problem started when I took battery and sim out of phone to test another phone. Did not switch the G600 phone off before removing battery.

Usually these problems only occur when the phone is substandard. regardless of you switching the phone off or not this is not a prerequisite to not come on. If you still have warranty on it return it.
Most times when this problem arises in phones it is because the phone was a refurbished one. Refurbished phones are phones which are made up of the scraps from other spoilt similar devices. It usually is a waste to try and fix these devices because you will end up spending more than the cost of replacing the device.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

I suspect the battery isn't holding a charge. Load test the battery. Otherwise it could be the starter.

My sgh - f480v turns on to the initial lenu page then turns off and starts the starting up process again. It does this continually and I cannot access anything on my phone. Can you help?

try to remove your battery and sim and memory card and switch on and check. if it proceeds to initial menu page, open your keypad menu and do a hard reset, type this code *2767*3855# and check. please be aware that you will lose all your settings once a factory reset has successfully took place.
if you switch on the phone without the sim and memory card, and still, the issues has not been resolve. go to your nearest samsung service center, it may be needing a firmware reflash.
you would want to check your battery also, borrow same fully charged battery from a friend and check..

regars..

Please check the charger connector for dirt, if possible take an old toothbrush and clean with alchohol, let it dry and refix everything. should work.
