Question about Nokia 6303 Cell Phone

Possible failure in the panel board as the LED's tracks could have been damaged. It is ideal to open the phone and get access to the front panel. Check the LED's by using a multimeter , it will light up in the low range. if so the back light must work unless a track has opened up ont his high density board. sometimes the plated- through holes would loose connection. if so you need help to concur and estimate.
