Question about Dishwashers
Hi and weclome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
This is a new unit..... Look inside the bottom tub area for a domed plastic float and remove the packing tape from it. (usually either front left or front center. Also if there is a flood switch with packing material on it..... it usually will be mid point RH side of the lower tub area.
I searched for a manual without success. This appears to be a contractor only dishwasher.
I am certain the problem your having is that not all of the packing materials have been removed. The tape is usually on the inside of the tub but... depending upon manufaturer there can also be tape under the unit. Look for paking tape and remove it. The tape is usually white or a light tan.
The water level sensors are taped during shipment to prevent damage.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,
