Question about Kitchen Ranges
The control is not getting confirmation of ignition. Clean the spark/sensor with a sand cloth or dry brillo pad. I am not familiar with your brand. But I do know how these systems work. from you you describe your machine use a Kanthal spark/sensor. It lights the pilot AND confirms ignition. It will be unable to do that if the sensor rod is contaminated, OR the pilot is not grounded to the control OR the polarity is reversed in the unit but this would be likely only if yall just installed the machine and not if the problema has just showed up after the machine has been functioning properly. It all boils down to flame recognition in any of these new fangled machines. No confirmation of flame present, no heat, simple as that.
