Hi, I bought a new PHILIPS head phone (model SHM 2000U) 2 weeks back for online chatting. It was working for 10 days. Suddenly one day, the microphone was not working. But, i could hear the voice from other end. Due to the microphone problem, the other end people could not hear my voice. What could be the reason & how to correct it.

Typically, you have the first 30 days to exchange a new purchase. I would pursue that avenue. If you bought it online, it's probably freight related. Try to file a claim..

The day program was taken out on newer models of Partner systems where it uses the date to figure out the day of the week.

Changing the date on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11.
At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#101"
the display should say system date and the current data in mm,dd,yy format
enter the new date month, day then year
press feature "00" to logout
If you have an older model Partner system,you'll also have to enter in the day of the week in programming
Press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#102"
the display should say system day and the current programmed info
enter the new day, 1= sun, 2= mon, etc.
press feature "00" to logout

firmware might been corrupted install latest file

weve got the same prob.i also try what you did on your pc..but nothing happen but when i put a new graphic card it fix everything..try this..buy a new graphic card,

Return it if you can. If it is posing prbs on the seventh day what will happen on the seventyth day if it runs that long.
