The problem is regarding fixing film assembly. Either the film is broken or the white spot on the edge of the film is dirty. Try cleaning the white spot using a cloth whipped with water. Too much water content not allowed. Inspect the edges of the film. It may have worn out due to wear and tear. If that is the case try to move the film to the edge on the side where the film is having a white rectangular spot & fix the assembly. May solve the issue for the time being. But ultimately you willhave replace the film unit
