To end your Amazon Prime membership:

1. Go to Manage Prime Membership .
2. Do one of the following:
   • To cancel a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End membership.Note: Paid members who haven't used their benefits are eligible for a full refund. You can't receive a refund if any of the household members have placed an Amazon Prime eligible order.
   • To cancel an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do not continue. Note: If you don't cancel your Amazon Prime free trial, you will automatically continue to a paid membership at the end of the trial period. You can find this date listed on the left-hand side of the Manage Your Prime Membership page. You will still have access to your Prime benefits until this date.
     

If your Prime membership is associated with a service you receive through another company (such as Sprint), please reach out to that company to manage your Prime membership.

How do you unsubscribe from Amazon Prime?
To turn off this automatic renewal:

• Go to Manage Prime Membership.
• Review the renewal date: If you currently have an Amazon Prime free trial, click Do Not Continue. If you currently have a paid Amazon Prime membership, click End Membership.

All subscriptions will be automatically renewed until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription on the "Usage & Subscriptions" page at any time. Once canceled, you will still enjoy all benefits until the end of your current membership term. Your membership will not be renewed after that term expires. What membership are you trying to renew?

You need the CaddieSync software installed on a PC.

• If you have not already done so, you can download the software HERE.
  
• Connect your SkyCaddy to the PC.
• You can renew your membership on the Account Overview page in CaddieSync.
  If your membership has expired:
  
• Turn on your SkyCaddie and connect it to your computer.
• Launch CaddieSync. If No SkyCaddie Synced appears in the lower navigation bar, click the Sync button.
  To ensure your courses are updated and downloaded to your SkyCaddie, click the COURSES tab at the top of the CaddieSync screen and select Favorites. You can manage your courses on this page or download courses to update your SkyCaddie.
  
• Click the ACCOUNT tab in the upper navigation bar.
• Login with your username and password. If you do not recall your password, click Forgot your username or password?.
  
• On the Account Overview page, click link the Renew link under Actions at the lower right of the CaddieSync window.

If your membership has not expired, you can use the same procedure to renew.
When you renew your membership within 90 days of expiration, you retain your current expiration date as your activation anniversary. You do not risk losing your membership by renewing early.
