First make sure the belts are all in good shape and not stretched, also verify the laser reader is working. These are not repaired because replacement with new is very cheap.

Why xv-htd530 pioneer timer flashes


When the display flashes the time (or --:--) you probably had some kind of power outtage. You should be able to solve this by entering the menu and adjusting the time.

If this doesn't work, report back.

does the tv have a separate tuner box? if so check the cables i have a pioneer that does that when the connection isnt in sync

ours did the same thing. Make sure that the switch on the back is set to 120 volt. That fixed ours
