If you're talking about the high voltage wiring, the answer could be yes if it is a 3 phase unit. That means you have 3 separate legs of "hot". Many rooftop units are 230v 3 phase in the US. Single phase would have two hot wires and a ground. Look in the disconnect box. If there are 3 fuses you have a 3 phase unit. If you have 2 fuses, you have a single phase unit. Be careful, you are dealing with very high voltage and very dangerous.

I have no voltage to my thermostat

Possible transformer problem or a broken wire between the thermostat and the a/c

You will need an electric meter to check for voltage at the transformer One side should be the power feed and the opposite side should feed the 24 volts, or 12 volts depending on type of unit.

I suspect that there is a break in the thermostat wire to the unit. You can test this by getting enough wire for the thermostat and go to the board on the roof top unit where the thermostat wire connect and connect the wires that you have to the existing board i.e. red to red green to green and so on. once you have connected these wires to the proper screws then take a new thermostat and connect the wires to the new thermostat and activate this should tell you if there is a break in the wiring or possible transformer problem but as I said I think its a break in the wiring

Where does the thermostat wires connect

red to r on thermostat this is your low voltage feed from transformer. Green to g on thermostat this is fan, white to w on thermostat this is heat yellow to y on thermostat this is cooling. On the outer unit there will be two wires wich will connect to the two blank wires above your service valves in the area of the electrical box. Shold be two 18 gauge wires red and white. That is the outer unit connection (condensor) The Furnace inside the house that contains the blower motor and heating there is a terminal block in the unit with r,g,w,y,w1,w2,c, Follow the wiring as described in the first paragraph Good Luck
