There are small clear colored rubber cups that are approx the same size as the rubber grabbers that are used to old things like small stained glass sun catchers on winders there usage is to be a rubber suction cup. These can be used with perhaps a small amount of alterations like you might have to snip off the part that comes down with the small hole in it to hold the metal hook that holds the suncatcher and you will have to drill a hole into the top part to attacj it to the grabber. Just find a screw that fits if you don't have the original.

Hp Officejet 6500 won't feed paper

Problem:
The 'drop down paper grabber' gears are not turning, and the printer gives you an error saying to make sure there is paper in the printer.
All of the fixes on the internet are for working printers, and their approach is to clean the rollers if they are not grabbing the paper. They are assuming they are turning properly and the rubber grabbing wheels are wither dirty of dried out.
In my case, however, the gears were not turning, and so the rubber grabbers wheels were not turning, even though the whole 'paper grabber' unit was dropping down properly
Solution:
Just inside the paper loader tray, along the top, there is a metal rod. It is about 1 inch from the front.
The gears from the drop down paper grabber are supposed to meet a gear that resides on this rod and sort of floats on it. However, the gear on my printer slipped to the left, and was not making contact with the other gears.
You can gently put your finger on the gears as you do a copy command, and confirm this.
To fix the printer, I just slid the floating gear over to the right and into place, and the paper began feeding properly.
Why there is nothing to keep the gear in place is a mystery to me.

I have a K10 mini cup keurig brewer. It worked fine until this morning. When I try to brew a cup, it comes out the top. It does with this with or without a k-cup in. I tried to clean out the needles...

First: You need to check a Upper Rubber Gasket (fits around the top puncture pin). If it missing you will have leakage because here's no seal to protect leakage. You can buy it online or call Keurig Customer Service (if you still have warranty)

Second: Upper Rubber Gasket not making a seal with the K-Cup or Reusable Filter and the water and/or coffee grounds leak out. To fix it simply move Upper Rubber Gasket 1/4" down. This should close the gap between K-Cup and upper needle.

I need to get under the cup holder section of the console

Hello,
I hate to be the berrer of bad news but unless you can sneek a grab at it from the side you will need to remove the whole console. I would try some of those 4 jaw flexible pincher grabbers most parts stores would cary them.

Paperfeed on sx200 epson

The rubber grabber has got out of position.

Switch printer off.
Take all paper out of the feeder, put your hand in and you'll feel a rubber semi-circle, rotate (push) it toward the back of the printer until you can feel the rubber part disappear, load paper and switch the printer on and it should reset itself to the correct position.

Sometimes you have to press down slightly on to the paper weight sensor to unlock the grabber.

Try it and see how you get on.

Rubber cup top of television tube is loose does this matter and what is it

The rubber cup supplies the high voltage to the CRT. The cup will move around a little but it should not be loose. Make sure you let the TV set bleed off the high voltage before you touch this connection. The correct way to discharge this lead is to attach a lead to the chassis ground and the other end to a screwdriver and insert the screwdriver under the rubber cup and touch the metal lead under the rubber cup. Make sure your hand is insulated when doing this. You can remove the rubber cup by grabbing the rubber boot and squeezing it. This compresses the clip under the boot and allows you to remove the lead from the CRT. make sure you do this with the set unlugged and with the CRT anode fully discharged.
Good Luck,

- Jim
