Eagle Tech Consus Power adapter requirements

IF you have the Eagle Consus T ET-CSTSIU2-BK you must mean one of these (pictured). Check the exact model number of the units in the videos compared to the one you have. 3.5" hard drives need 0V (ground, earth), +5V and +12V which may be on the pins in a multipin connector in some external adapters or less commonly provided internally a single from dc or even ac supply. Further, your supply connector may not have multipins but be a multi-concentric ring type with matching socket (similar to a stereo plug). I suggest you try (discussing the matter with) Eagle support or as outside chance buying another psu of the correct type from Amazon Newegg (who have sold out of this product) or ebay for example.

Is a power cable, operator manual, and CD available

For manual see here
or here
All power cables are pre-attached to the psu I think (mains - psu - dc)
try eagle support:, they be able to provide CD (including manual) or the contents of the CD by download as well as other parts
Try ebay:
search for "Eagle Consus T ET-CSTSIU2-BK" before you decide on a purchase check parts/system compatibility. It may be more economical to replace unit then rhe parts. You might also various computer forums.

click start control panel administrive tools ,computer management ,device manager look through all of your devices if you see a yellow question mark?or exclamation mark ! or red x
right click to reinstall drivers or
if you can see your usb but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver
if your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it
sometimes the wires inside the cable will be damaged due to bending or stretching or placing heavy equipment upon the cable,
just replace the cable of the hard disk, when you plugged the external disk drive you got that windows could recognize the USB device change the cable everything should work fine again,
check the USB leads that attach to the motherboard usually red-white-green-black make sure they are securely seated and have no dust build up on them dust will cause static and a lot of unforeseen problems also make sure the computers Ram and Cmos battery are securely seated
hope this helps

My drives wont show up in the disc management area

If your drive works off of only usb power, make sure you are running a fairly new computer with usb 2.0, as old ones only put out a low current which doesn't allow enough power for the external drive. Also check to see if your drive is trying to grab a drive letter which is the same as another device's that you are running on your computer. (Are you running more than one external drive or even a network drive?) Check this by stopping all the other drives (unplug network cable for the network drives if you don't have full administrative rights) and start your drives. Edit the drive letter to something weird such as m or q in the disk management app. Then restart your other resident drives.

Can not access my hard disk

It would be a good idea to run a anti spyware and anti virus to check the drive.
