Device Status. This page indicates product conditions such as a jam or an empty tray. After you correct a problem, clickRefresh statusto update the product status.
Supplies Status. View details such as the estimated percent of toner remaining in the print cartridge and the number of pages that have been printed with the current print cartridges. This page also has links for ordering supplies and for finding recycling information.
Device Configuration. View a detailed description of the current product configuration, including the amount of memory installed and whether optional trays are installed.
Network Summary. View a detailed description of the current network configuration, including the IP address and network status.
Print Info Pages. Print the Configuration page and other information pages, such as the Supplies status page.
IF the Kodak AiO printer is printing partial ther are two main device of the printer that have issue on the scanner [where you put the document for copying] or the printhead of the printer. Step that you can do 1. Try to print a test pagein this way you can check if the printer prints whole page. How to print test page press copy button and photo button on the printer for atleast 10 sec. or until the printer starts printing. ReminderTest page doesn't need a document on the scanner glass. It will print an advertising doc for the printer. Now if the test page is half/partial it is the printhead that has an issue. Print a Demo page
Prints a demonstration page. This is used to verify that the printer is connected to
the computer correctly and that the printer and printer software are working

Try this one, Turn on the printer, Take out the inks, remove the printhead, put back the printhead make sure it will snap and you hear a click, put the inks back, wait for the printer to initialize, Press the Menu button, look for Calibrate printer, then print calibration page, then scan it after. Load a regular paper. Then try to print a demo page by pressing Photo and Copy at the same for 5 seconds then let it go. Try placing sheet of black text on copy board, and run many copies black only. I ran 25x12 times still no black. Run head clean after about each 50 sheets. Persevered and finally BLACK ink OK This worked on my C6180. Good Luck
Turn off the device after removing the printhead
After removing the printhead, turn off the device, wait about 20 seconds, and turn it on again without the printhead installed. After it has restarted, reinsert the printhead.
it will go through this long routine of perhaps 20 min or so. after its compleate it should print great.
