Hi I have an Electrolux EWF1282. We didn't realise the drum had come came off one of the springs and it dropped but we put the spring back on now it won't spin

check that the lever that switches the machine off for out of balance is on the correct side of the switch
it is normally the same switch that controls the lid to stop the machine when it is opened
when the drum dropped down and you lifted it back up it is possible that the lever is on the wrong side of the switch

Canon IR C3220N--error code E000020-01b0

Hi,

If the drum units have been removed repeatedly without the drum guide service tool it's possible to break one or both tabs .These tabs open the toner hopper when the drum unit is slid in, and if they are broken, toner will not be fed into the drum unit.
NOTE: The unit may work for a while until the developer to toner ratio drops enough to cause an error.

Dryer only works when the door is open

Hi,
  • Your dryer may use rollers, or wheels, to support the rear of the clothes drum. When these are worn out, they may cause the clothes drum to drop down slightly, which can pinch the clothes between the top of the clothes drum and the rear of the dryer interior. When the rollers wear out, you need to replace the whole set.

  • Your dryer may have a felt-like seal at the rear of the drum. If this seal is worn, torn, or missing, clothes can get caught and torn in the space between the clothes drum and the rear of the dryer interior. When the rear seal wears out, you need to replace it.

  • Your dryer probably uses nylon or plastic glides at the front of the clothes drum for support. When these are worn out, they may cause the clothes drum to drop down slightly, which can pinch the clothes between the top of the clothes drum and the front of the dryer interior. When the glides wear out, you need to replace them as a set.

Clothes get caught between drum and door

I have had the same problem. You will need to replace the drum guide. it is made of plastic and felt. Once you open up the cabinte, you will see where it is located on the drum. This is very easy to fix.

Sharp 1655cs- replace the drum cartridge

There is a set of gears in the front of that drum cartridge with a flag on one of the gears, It has to be in the up position to swipe the drum replacement sensor. Most likely the flag had dropped in shipping.
You can take the green front off the drum and try and get that flag up and to the right. Or take the drum cartridge for a return and a new cartridge.
If that flag has dropped in shipping, it will not reset the drum count.
