I couldn't find the 6100M2MA-RSH2, I only found a 6100M2MA-RS2H, if that is the right one, you can download the manual for it here, that may help you with this procedure. (It should tell you which key gets into BIOS setup, and where to find the option to shut off your internal graphics card)
You may have to enter your BIOS setup and disable your on-board video (there is an article that gives you a general idea of how here). You'll need to take out your new graphics card and use the built-in one to disable it. Usually, the key to get into BIOS setup is F2, F10, sometimes F12 or Delete key, or maybe Esc while the computer is booting.
Look for an option for "On-board video" or something and disable it, save your changes and exit, shut off the machine, and put your new graphics card back in.

Try downloading and then installing the latest BIOS for your model of motherboard from foxconn, see if that fixes it.

Will my geforce gt 550 work in mobo model number g41t-ad?

It should, as you have a single 16x PCIe slot on that motherboard. Remember that most GTX 550's require a PCIe / 6-pin power connection in order to operate, so you must have that connection as well to the video board.
Finally, once you're sure the video card is working, you'll need to toggle the BIOS of your motherboard to use the PCI as your primary video.

Computer don't start,

If it doesn't start at all, check motherboard for a short by unplugging the processor power cable (4 pin normally), and turn the computer on. If the fans start rotating, it is probably a short. If that isn't the problem, check for cables that should be connected, and test the processor in another computer. Hope it works (it did for me)

Will GeForce GTX 550 Ti fit with Gigabyte GA-MA74GM-S2 mobo

This GeForce graphics card connects to a PCI-Eexpress 2.0 x16
and this Gigabyte has a PCI-Express 16 expansion slot which is compatible with the GeForce graphics card.
You may need to disable the on-board graphics card in the BIOS.

Xfx video card stop displaying on monitor. I use xfx motherboard connector instead and display is OK

This is a BIOS problem, you have to boot to BIOS config menu, do it by pressing f1 or f2 or f10 on boot splash screen, browse the menus and find an option like 'init display first' or something like that, set it to Pcie or AGP, depending on your motherboard, reboot and voila!, have a nice day
