I have no idea what you are tying to ask here?

When we run our spa at night, we shut it down as usual when we are done. For some reason, the heater comes on by itself the next day. We have a Compool CP3400 pool/spa control system that we use to turn spa on and off.

Depends on how you turn it on: At the heater itself or with an automation system. If its with an automation system than your problem is with it. I assume this is the case.

When you turn the spa off make sure you turn the heater off first and then wait a few minutes before turning off the spa pump.

Also, check your programming.

ERR code

When a heater is showing the ERR in the display panel, this is what Pentair classifies as a "hard lock out". Basically, there is something wrong with the heater and needs to be serviced. There is no way to reset this code, since there is a malfunction within the heater itself.

Hope you are using lots of insulation. I have a bubble cover exposed during sunny days then put pool cover over at nite. Also have 4 x 8 ft Styrofoam pink insulation on top of the bubble cover. That costs $19 per sheet at Home Depot. 2" thick R 10.

Error code e04

If the fan was seized, it is likely bad, even if you freed it. If it doesn't sound the same, or is not as loud as it used to be, it is also most likely bad. If it doesn't move enough air to close the air pressure switch, then you will get an 04 fault, which is an air flow fault. HTH
