My son tries to log on to the game World of Warcraft and the system immediately logs him off the internet and all connection goes down. I have disabled the firewall in an attempt to allow him to access the game and the system still will not work. What can I do to fix this problem?
-   Same problem, I try to log on WoW and my whole net connection crashes. As soon as I log off the game, the internet connection re-establishes.-   Guest

I recently had att uverse installed. It uses a 2wire gateway. When the installer set it up he said everything would work as before but it does not. My home network is non functional. Sure I can get all computers on the internet but I can't share my printer of connect to other computers through the gateway. ATT say call our pay support line to help you with that but from what I read they don't know what they are doing either and its driving me crazy. This is just a network issue surely someone other than att knows how to set this up. Please help.

I have an IBM T30 laptop with gOS Linux installed.
It recognizes the 2WIRE and even claims to be connected.
However there is no Internet and FireFox finds no pages.
Had the same problem when Windows XP was installed.
Any help, suggestions, ideas greatly appreciated.
2WIRE is from ATT U-verse.
