Losing Connection My son tries to log on to the game World of Warcraft and the system immediately logs him off the internet and all connection goes down. I have disabled the firewall in an attempt to allow him to access the game and the system still will not work. What can I do to fix this problem?

logging on to a high-traffic online area in World of Warcraft causes a DSL connection reset.

Same problem, I try to log on WoW and my whole net connection crashes. As soon as I log off the game, the internet connection re-establishes.

How can my son access his hotmail from my computer?

He should be able to access using their web mail system. Just open a web browser to the MSN web page and then he can log in using his hotmail account details.

With web mail, he can access his emails anywhere in the world where there is an internet connection.

How do I make this computer run faster?

Without knowing the specs on your pc, best bet would be to add RAM and see if your internet provider has any faster connection speeds and see how much extra that would be. Other than that, not a whole lot you can do cheaply.
