Sounds like the speakers are blown or the wires that go through the gap between the door and the shut are broken. you will have to replace the wires. keep a good check on the wire colours and then copy down the replacement colour give yourself self plenty of slake so you can easily make the new connections. if you cannot solder then use those blue snap connectors. you will see why you need plenty of slack.
