I also have model #65513 and replaced the cap's that caused blinking green light and that lasted for about 6 months and now this new problem. I'm no expert with multimeter's. What I did is set meter to 200 acv and attached leads to both ends of ic9c25 with the set unplugged it read 0. plugged in it read 2.3 when I turned set on it read 1.7. If I did it right does anyone know if those readings indicate a bad IC? Recommend replacing the capacitors next to it with the same kind?. If you recommend replacing are there any tips on procedures. I replaced the Dm board caps fairly easily. Thank you!

Good Day, boofis68;
Sound like you may have voltage concern,9 volt source. Check for 9-volts DC to the Terminal PCB at connector JA pins 57 and 58 if missing, check IC9C25 (9-volt regulator) part # 270P677030 on the Signal PCB and replace the two caps. Good Luck, big IRISH.

Besides the horrible animation of Bob's Burgers, why is my screen rolling like that on the lower half?

If this happens on one channel only call your cable or satellite provider.

If this is happening on all TV channels locate the vertical hold button on your TV and turn the button slowly until the picture stops rolling, if it increases turn it in the opposite direction.

In just bought new Toshiba regza 40" Lcd tv and auto tuned it, but the picture is terible , snowy and colours are not good, what to do...

Hello
First of all reset the TV. for that

press and hold the POWER button
on the TV control panel for 5 or more seconds to reset the TV.
Then connect the TV tt any source like outdoor areiel or cable box etc, select the appropriate input, and retune the TV. First of all, connect it to an external antenna, and set it to autotune.

You must configure the ANT/CABLE input source before

programming channels (-left-hand column).

If the ANT/CABLE input signal type is set to Cable, the

automatic channel programming process erases channels

that were previously programmed into the TV's memory.

If the ANT/CABLE input signal type is set to Antenna, the

automatic channel programming process adds newly found

channels to the existing set of programmed channels (and

does NOT erase channels that were previously

programmed into the TV's memory.) To remove an Antenna

source channel from the memory, you must manually delete

it.

To tune the TV to a channel not programmed in the channel

memory, you must use the Channel Number buttons on the

remote control.

Programming channels when the ANT/CABLE input is

configured for Cable will take substantially longer than when

the antenna input is configured for Antenna. This is normal;

however, once channel programming is finished, you should

not have to repeat the programming process again unless
your Cable TV service lineup changes significantly.
Find out the received channels are clear or not. If they are clear, your TV is perfect, and the input device you connects ot the TV is faulty. OK.

How to program with cable using remote

Hello

1 Find and disconnect the cable that is connected to the

ANT IN terminal on your cable box.

? This terminal might be labeled "ANT IN", "VHF IN" or

simply, "IN".

2 Connect this cable to a two-way splitter.

3 Connect an Antenna cable between an OUT terminal on

the splitter and the IN terminal on the cable box.

4 Connect an Antenna cable between the ANT OUT terminal

on the cable box and the B-IN terminal on the RF(A/B)
switch.

5 Connect another cable between the other OUT terminal on

the splitter and the A-IN terminal on the RF (A/B) switch.

6 Connect the last Antenna cable between the OUT terminal

on the RF (A/B) switch and the ANT IN (AIR/CABLE)

terminal on the back of the TV.

After you have made this connection, set the A/B switch to the

"A" position for normal viewing. Set the A/B switch to the "B"

position to view scrambled channels. (When you set the A/B

switch to "B", you will need to tune your TV to the cable box's
output channel, which is usually channel 3 or 4.)
OK

Cannot connect to cable tv

Yes, connect cable to Ant A and ensure the TV is on the input for Ant A.

Then go into the setup menu and ensure that the Input is set to Cable not Antenna.

Next, choose the auto program option to load your channels.

If you still don't get a picture and you have a small tv to bring to this outlet try this and make sure you are able to get a picture.

If you still can not get a picture then the outlet is not active and you need to call your service provider and ask them to activate the outlet for you.

I have cable and when i plug it into my tv i only

The tv will only process cable channels when set to 'ant cable' . After the scan, you should be able to view all channels provided on the frequency.
If you want more cable #'s, you will have to pay for those or get a cable box. If you don't find your local channels in the lineup, you will have to use a switcher, or hassle with unplugging and plugging the antenna. This is true for ATSC broadcasts. Please give feedback if this helps. Or tell me more.

My sanyo tv will not show that the cable is there, even though it is hooked up. I tried adding/searching for channels but to no avail. What can I do to fix it?

HELLO. sounds like you need to go in the menu and find the setting for (air tv ant)/(cable tv ant), and reset.the setting to the cable ant setting. and see if that works "good luck"

Tv/vdr/cable box

Your hookup is correct- Your VCR needs to be tuned to channel 3 or 4, to match the cable box.

Also, the VCR channel output needs to be matched to the TV. If VCR menu options are displayed on the TV then this part is right. If not, then set either the VCR or TV to the correct channel.
