Question about Lexmark X6150 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I had this problem also. After some research I found this was the only way to clear the cue.
Go to Control Panel > Printers > Right click on your Lexmark Printer > Select "Run as Administrator" > select "clear print cue"
It will ask you if you are sure - click yes/ok.
Your print cue will now be clear.
Trying to use task manager will not clear your print cue in the system, only the window notifying you of print cue items.
Unfortunately Vista and the Lexmark 6150 do not get along and this will probably keep happening.

I also have this problem. In order to get my printer to work again, I was having to reboot my system. I have not found a solution, but I have found a work around. I created a batch file that clears the print cue, but that's not enough by itself, I also have to restart the printer. It still sucks, but it sucks a little less.
The batch file I use is:
net stop spooler
del c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\*.* /Q
net start spooler
This has to be run as Admin. So I leave the batch file in my Documents folder and create a shortcut that runs as Admin.

Same problem as everyone else. Toshiba laptop, Vista, Lexmark x6150. Easiest thing for me is to turn printer off then back on. It deletes previous job immediately. No need to reboot. I'll remember this when it comes time to buy another printer! (and it won't be Lexmark!)

Making Lexmark x6150 work with Vista Home Premium After many times installing and uninstalling
Lexmark Vista Software (cjrX6100EN), the following worked for me:
Uninstall X6150 software
Go to Lexmark.com
Search the Knowledge Base
enter "X6150 Vista Driver
Click on "uninstall previous driver
message that appears during install-
ation of Windows Vista Driver".
(Click on this message even if you don't
Follow instructions that come up.
Important - Disregard the popup window
that says the driver was unsucessfully

I encounter the same problem with my lexmark 6150.
Unplug the power first, then
What I did is just clean up the whole unit , used a vacum cleaner
clean all dirty ink stain on the roll bar and sorrounding inner case
with a solvent.
Then I spray using DW-40 to lubricate all mechanical moving parts.
When put power and tried again it works.
