Question about Bernina Bernette Deco 600

1 Answer

I have s Bernina deco 650 embrodiery machine and the stitches won't catch. I had this machine serviced before I moved from SD to an eastern state. It was sewing fine and just started making a noise like it needed oil and the stitches stopped catching. Can you help me??

Thanks so much. I did take the machine in to the shop and they found that the needle holder was out of alignment. Works great now.

Your timing is out in the bobbin area this will have to be reset, maybe the last time that you used it you had a cotton jam, and it was pulled out of alignment.

Fix timing on the benina deco 650

Bring it to a Brother sewing machine repair shop, Brother made that machine, and sold to to Bernina, the servicing and especially the parts will be much cheaper at Brother. Bernina simply doubles the Brother price and sells it to you.

Bernina Deco 650. won't stitch

You need to take the machine to a Bernina dealer for service. It may just need the timing adjusted, or there could be something else that needs to be done.

Just got my used Bernina deco 650 from the shop. Tension off

The tensions are not calibrated properly. To get by, or if you do not want to take it back to the shop, just lower the upper tension a little at a time until it looks ok.

Bernette Deco 600 makes loud noise after stitching

hi! there,
open needle plate if the shuttle race and the bobbins has been pull out that making noise,or accumulation of thread under bobbins, if nothing there, run machine and check if shuttle race and bobbins are moving, also with the needle if not, there are opening at the bottom of machine try to open if some gears are broken,or belt is slip.
if broken gears there a lot of parts before you can pull out gear, beside the timing order you cannot put back.this should be done by technician expert
in sewing machine.take this to service center.
cheers have a nice day just rate me.

Bernina Bernette 600 Deco embroidery machine

It could be that there is a loose piece of thread, or some fluff which is obstructing the tension gauge. Try blowing around the theading area (or even run the hoover pipe near it to see if you can **** it out). I cleared mine by folding a piece of non fluffy material and rubbing gently between the tension dial and machine.

Good luck
