Question about Webroot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware & Firewall: Windows

Webroot antivirus protection turns off all the time and takes forever to turn it back on.

I would uninstall it and reinstall it.
It is also possible that you have a virus on the computer that is messing with it.
I would suggest you go to www.malwarebytes.org and download and run malwarebytes to see if there might be something bad running on your system.

Webroot won't turn on


As of Late 2012, Webroot Antivirus was replaced with Webroot SecureAnywhere, which resolved all issues with the prior products and was provided as a free upgrade for all existing users.

My webroot has greyed out and it keeps telling me that the virus protection is turned off but everytime i try to turn it back on nothing happens..


Is your subscription expired?
I would recommend uninstalling webroot and installing Avast

They have a brand new virus protection scheme called sandboxing and its quite advanced. Plus its free! Better than norton or webroot by farrrrrrrrrrr.

I can't get antivirus to download


norton is better. you could uninstall it and try again as long as it has a product key u have to enter. but in my opinion, stick with norton
