Knocking sound at steering wheel during turning of mistubishi adventure

It sounds like a ball joint is worn, possibly the rack end ball joint or tie rod end.
With the bumpy ride it could also be that the front shock absorber has failed.
Jack the front wheel up on each side in turn, grab the wheel at each side and shake it back and forth as hard as you can. If you hear or feel looseness, the problem is in the steering, as above.
Then shake the wheel while holding it at top and bottom. If you feel looseness then, the problem is in the front suspension wishbones.
Repeat this on the other front wheel. Let it down on the ground, then bounce each front corner up and down as hard as you can (you might have to have a second person with you doing this). If you hear a clunk or feel excessive bounciness, it is the shock absorber. When bouncing like this, the car should resist, and not keep bouncing when you let go.

I was riding my diamondback viper and i put on the brakes, and when i let go they were still touching the rim. They seem to be jammed in place.

Internal brake cable friction or gross maladjustment is at play here. The brakes must spring back under their own spring tension or they will stay engaged.

While you're at it, get a handle on how quick releases for the wheels work or more than your seat will be going down when you ride.

Just bought a Diamondback Viper 20". Have always had Diamondback BMX bikes (Grind and Joker), and this is the first one that has had a handlebar issue. They move forward and back, just while riding....

Do you mean the stem is allowing them to twist? THAT is a dangerous situation and you should get a real competent Bike Shop, not just a dealer, to look it over. If the tighening bolts are bottomed out it won't hold tight. Or if one side is bottoemd and the other gap is wide.

Using this picture as a general guide since it might not match your stem...

The gaps should exist and be even. Not metal to metal. Handlebars and stems come in different diameters. Perhaps yours are incompatible.

Looking for fenders for a Diamondback Serene Citi Classic, 17" frame and 26"wheels.

Order at your local bike shop, fenders are usually universal, not brand specific just need the right size, and they can install them too for a nominal fee. They usually are in stock.

Fort Adjustment

Hi there,
Check the top of one of the forks, there may be a knob type dial that you can turn clock-wise or anti-clock-wise, turning it one way will give you a stiffer ride, turning it the other will give you a softer ride. Some forks don't have this pre-load adjustment however.
Cheers.

You may have a locked up wheel bearing or you may have an object stuck in the chain. Can you spin rear wheel by hand? If not, most like bearings, if so, then you may have bent gear tooth or something stuck in chain. Check derailer to make sure it is not bent
