Question about Apple iPhone Smartphone
This is one of the Accessibility features of the iOS. What you should do is tap on the screen using 3 fingers at the same time to zoom out to normal screen size.
To turn off that feature, go to Settings>General>Accessibility> Turn OFF Zoom or any of the other stuff in there if you don't need it.

So clear the zoom, tap the screen two times with three fingers.
You can also touch three fingers to the screen and drag around the image.
