Hi i have a sony handycam DCR-HC36E, but i have not driver disc. so i couldn't connect with my windows7 laptop PMB motion browser with my computer. i am very tired with downloading software, could not success please help me.

you can find picture motion browser v.4.2 from this website: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu-list.pl?mdl=DCRDVD650
select you OS using the drop down tab, and select picture motion browser 2 file (s). under which download and install the "lost the original software installation disc?" download and installation instructions available by reading the download now page. after successfully installing the software,i would recommend you install the PMB update ver.4.2.1. hope this helps smokie.tnx:)
I had the same problem. When I purchased my HDR-SR11 camera some four years ago, I was running XP and the PMB Disc Burning worked well. When I changed over to Windows 7 I kept bombing out like a lot of other users. The problem was that I was using an old version of PMB (3.0.00). I went to the Sony web site and downloaded the latest version of PMB with an upgrade (0810a.exe) This fixed my problem and the Disc Burn function workes perfectly now.
