BestBuy sell the 'wheels' (refill packs) but it's very difficult to determine whether the Best Buy in Regina will have them in stock. They can be easily ordered online though:

According to Memorex, this product has been discontinued so it may be worth ordering a few packs. This will also qualify you for free shipping on orders over $20. I'd suggest going into Best Buy to see whether they have them in-store. If not simply order them online using the link above.

once you have recovered the corrupted files burn it to another disk

Unfortunately it sounds as though there is a problem with your disc drive. To fix this, you will have to send it into Nintendo for repair.
