Question about Panasonic Cameras
I am assuming the images are like that when downloaded off the camera. It sounds like a problem with the CCD/ imaging sensor. Given the age you may want to consider just replacing it as it would be the same cost or most likely less and you will have a completely new camera. The prices on cameras are always going down and the image quality going up.
