Question about Hobart DGC504 Stainless Steel Kitchen Range
It would not work right the elements are made for 208 not 240.the elements would run hot to much voltage.control transformer would be tapped for 208 and not 240 could have adverse effects on controls.motor would probably be fine most are made for 208-240.I would not do it.
