Exhaust leaks as soon as air is attached. Driver advances and stays down under pressure even after air line is un coupled. Will not drive cleat.

The air motor needs to be rebuilt. You can try a couple of drops of air tool lube in the air inlet fitting before connecting the air hose to see if that will free it up. Otherwise it needs to be overhauled.

How to adjust depth on bostich mk111fs

There is no depth adjustment on this tool -
If the staples are going too deep - most likely the piston (#17) has threaded off the driver inside the tool, you have a broken piston bumper (#62) inside, or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using.
If the staples are not driving far enough - most likely you have a broken / chipped driver blade (#21) or the teflon foot pad (#56) on the bottom of the tool is the wrong thickness for the flooring you are using.

My gr200lcn floor nailer keeps getting nail stuck in it on the first nail filred

Depending on amout of use, driver blades do need to be ground square or replaced to make full contact with the nail head . There could be other factors causing problem however. The nails do need to align with the path of the driver. Make sure that the first nail is directly under the path of the driver. If the nails are not made correctly or the wrong nails are in the gun, the angle of the nails may be preventing full contact of the driver to nail head. Good luck

Were do u get a paslode driver blade

Locate the part number online by searching for the tool's model number "parts list" Once you have that information you can visit you local Fastenal and they can order it for you. Paslode will not sell directly to the public on spare parts. They will point you in the direction of a service center. I only know of two: Fastenal and Fasteners Inc.

My MFN-201 cleat driver will not drive the cleats deep enough into the 3/4 inch prefinished bruce flooring. It postitions the cleats fine. It is on the Rachet setting.

There is a piece of rubber under the head called the bumper. This rubber piece is what stops the driver from forward travel. If you remove this rubber or replace with thinner, you can drive nail deeper. Most likely your driver blade may be worn or where driver blade attaches to shaft may be worn. Tool would need to be disassembled to check. Parts are not expensive and available at Good luck

D Farley,
I repair these nailers all the time. Anytime the nail or staple is bending you have 2 causes. Either the stapler has a broken blade, the magazine is loose on the foot gate, or you are shooting into plywood over concrete. that is allowing the staple to hit the cement subfloor. Use 11 /2" staples on 3/4" wood floor over 3/4" plywood when over concrete.
