Question about Maytag MAH2400 High Efficiency Front Load Washer
Hello first thing to do would be to check to assure that the water faucets are turned on next thing would be if this unit is new is it under warranty and if it were then it would be up to the company you bought it from to do the repair and if you did the following steps to find out what the problem is with your unit you would void your warranty. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS IF YOUR UNIT IS WARRANTIED YOU WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY. So first thing there are three screws located in the back of the machine that hold down the top cover remove these three and then slide the cover towards the rear of the machine and take off the top cover.when you remove this top cover you will see as in this diagram http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/partsdirect/showSubComp.pd?imageUrl=http%3a%2f%2fc.searspartsdirect.com%2flis_png%2fPLDM%2fM0609138-00001.png part number 7 which is the water valve you would need to assure that the connectors are properly plugged into the solenoids of each side of the valve after assureing that they are you would then use a multimeter to assure that each of those connectors have power going through them if not you would have a wiring issue where something is either unplugged or shorted Message me back with your finds on this test and I can instruct further also if you have any other questions message me those as well and please remember when our chat has fully concluded to rank how this opinion has helped it allows me to help others in the future in similar situations Thanks Rick

It means there is a Water Inlet Valve Problem-no water or insufficient water supply.
This issue can appear due to faulty inlet valves or due to blocked inlet hoses. Also check the filter screen at inlet valve, clean them if they are dirty. Unplug the washer or disconnect the power. Now check whether water faucets completely turned on?
Make sure that the water inlet hoses are not frozen. If above things seems to be fine then you would need to replace the water inlet/fill valve and to replace it the better option is to avail the warranty. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.
