Hi,

Try to take a bellow pump or similary and force in water in the water inlet, make sure you have the steam knob open when you do this.

Hi, I a problem with my Saeco s-class incanto classic coffee machine. The two coffee cup lights are flashing green the water light is flashing red. I prime by turning the steam valve and hardly any water...

Try this, when you run the hot water cycle to prime machine and it stops putting out water push in on the knob if that works then replace the tap rod assembly or the whole steam valve assembly.

I have a Saeco Incanto Classic and the ventilate message will not disappear, even after sending 4 full watertanks through the steam nozzle. The solution posted above does not work.

Having read the other reviews here, I was prepared for the cryptic "VENTILATE" message. (The manual refers to this procedure as "Loading the circuit", which doesn't help to clarify things.) Of course this refers to what Americans would call "priming" the machine. As mentioned in another review, there is a plastic hand pump supplied for priming, but that is only needed in the event that the electric pump fails to self-prime. All I had to do (following the quick-start instructions) was to select the Hot Water function; the internal pump quickly primed itself. i hope this helps Lee Davidian

Water leaks from bottom of Saeco Caffe Charisma when brewing

Remove brew chamber, check the back of the white plastic valve make sure the chamber under it is clear of coffee grounds and water, then check the red o-ring on the brew chamber make sure there are no cracks or damaged spots.

Not pumping waer but making hella noise

Hi
Needs to be primed. If you open the steam knob and and you don't get water out, the pump has lost its prime. Check that you hose is in the tank, or has become disconnected inside.

Saeco via venezia coffee machine wont prime

Turn machine on and make sure that the knob is fully opened, if the pump does not engage(vibrate) then either the machine is not getting power or there is a problem with the pump.

Hi,

I think you have to replace the flow meter (water turbin), it´s like a water counter.

No instruction on how to prime a saeco caffe charisma machine. looked in the book that came with it but there is no instructions for this process

Prime = letting some water out from the water/steam nozzle. Priming means that the machine has not water in the lines. By letting water come out, you are making sure that water fills all the components and is ready to use.

Saeco Caffe Charisma lights do not stop flashing

I had the this same issue and made a post to this thread, in that post I had this solution to my conditions.

The combination of actions that seem to work was turning the Saeco on while the steam valve was already open and selecting hot water once the Saeco was powered on. The prime light went out, I closed the steam valve
