Take the bag to an upholsterer, they will be able to sew it with suitable thread and may even have the correct material to apply a patch.

Try and online search for the bad. A good seamstress can also put a new zipper in that bag.

How to repair Toro Super Blower no longer blowing, only vacs/intakes?

when you remove the vac part there should be another "grid type" part that snaps in place of the vac tube. This engages the safety switch and keeps your fingers out of the impeller.

Lost my manual..how can I chg the setting from vacuum to blowing.

Remove the blower tube. Open up the vent on the bottom of the machine. Insert the vacuum tube (its the large one) into the hole in bottom of blower. Install the collection bag on the outlet where the blower tube was connected. You NOW have a vacuum with a catch bag. The motor on these does not have the capability to use reverse polarity and turn the other direction or anything like that. The vent in the bottom ALWAYS is drawing in AIR. It has to draw in air to be able to blow air, and it has to draw in AIR in order to act as a vacuum.

Need to know how to attach vac bag

The bag should fasten to the blower where the blowing tube comes out. (blowing tube is removed to install the bag, and a pick up tube is installed on the 'screen door') It should have a tightening strap or velcro to hold it in place.

We have a leaf blower 51587 and I don't know how to get the blower on instead of the mulcher. Thank you.

Go to the Toro site I listed below. Choose your model and it takes you to a very neat interactive manual. Basically, the blower tube goes where the bag goes. Just about the extent of it. Good Luck.

Cant get bag to go on

Yes the bag attaches to the same small diameter that the blower tube is attached to. Loosen the knob and remove the long tube. Put the ring with the tightening knob on to the small opening in bag and slide it over the opening. tighten it down. Then take the large tube and attach it by opening up the motor access door.

please mark this as a fixya! thanks
