Question about Apple iPhone 3G

2 Answers

I have an iphone and dropped it on our garage floor. SInce then, I haven't been able to get the brightness back. I can only see it with a flashlight. I took it to the local AT & T store and they tried a couple of things and it didn't work. They told me to go home and download the stuff from my iphone onto my computer and then reload it back on. The problem is, they did not tell me how to do that. So - that is my question. I did download the pictures off the phone, but do not know where to go to reload it.

You'll want to backup more than just your pictures. Use iTunes, with your iPhone plugged into your computer's USB port. In iTunes, you'll see your iPhone under the devices section located in the left hand column. From there right click on the iPhone image and select "Back Up" which will create a backup to restore to later. Next, left click on 'your iPhone' and move to the "Info" tab. Tell iTunes to sync your contacts with Windows Address Book (Windows XP), Mac Address Book (OS X), or Windows Contacts (Vista, 7). From this screen in iTunes you will be able to "Restore", which is what you are looking for.

Red screen

A popular trend as of late is sketching and designing on the iPad, iPhone and iPod. Maybe because of the versatility of these devices, maybe because it is so much fun; To make your designs even easier to work on and look better, try using a stylus. One of the best on the market right now is the iPhone Stylus Pen

Are LG washer/dryer pedestals a bad idea? We have an LG washer and dryer in our garage on concrete and have no issues with vibration. We recently purchased the pedestals for these and have been warned...

On a concrete floor these pedestals have a greater success than any other flooring. Nevertheless, more shaking will occur. One solution that has worked is installing "shake away" rubber pads with the pedestals. Not sure if there's an appliance parts store near you that carries this product. But like I said earlier, the fact that they are on a concrete floor helps.

Iphone 3gs, had some water on the screen (not much), i checked it and everything was fine,,, includeing the brightness, then i put it down and didnt think about it,, went back late and the brightness wont...

your screen have been affected with water. When you accidentally drop your phone in water, DO NOT turn the phone on yet instead put the phone in a bag of rice, the rice helps to seep water. Since you turned on the phone already, there is nothing to do but get the phone repaired or replaced.
