Sounds like the water pump is faulty! With engine off!!! Can you wiggle the water pump pulley......if there is play then definitely gone also if when running there is a squealing or noise from pump area!
Pump is cloged. remove 3 1/4inch screws from bottom panel and unscrew the pump cap (it should be a white pump) remove clog and restart cycle. also be prepared for a lot of water so get a bunch of towels. You can try to pinch the black gasket from the pump to bottom of tub to hold water from pouring out. good luck
theres a chance you have a deffective solenoid staying open causing the water to overfill the boiler tank and passing out the overflow into the quench box and down the drain!
Check the belt first. Is this a serpentine belt? If so make sure you routed it the right way. The water maybe pouring out of the overflow because the pump is going the wrong way
Check the water pump for physical damage from the move. If the washer was laid on it's side, you may have either snapped off the pump outlet or broke the pump body. You may have broekn the body of the water inlet valve fill flume. A visual examination should provide a lot of insight as to what the problem is.
If you have a 2.7 engine, your water pump is in need of replacement bad. It's located behind the timing cover and is turned by the timing chain. When the water pump goes out, coolant pours out in the inside of the timing belt and into the oil pan leaving the same water in the oil look as if you had a blown headgasket.
