Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
If you have this problem with your Xbox 360, try this:
Inspect and clean your disc. Make sure that there's no scratched on the disc. Clean the disc with a soft, clean and damp cloth (use distilled water) from the center outwards. Try to load the disc and see if it works. If the same thing, try another disc. Next is to clear your system cache. Go to My Xbox >Select System Settings > Memory > High light any storage device and press Y on your controller > Select System Cache. Try to play the game disc again. If game only happens on only one disc, try to remove your hard drive and play without using the hard drive. Disconnect memory units and USB flash drive. If the same thing happens, it means that your console needs to be repaired. If you still have warranty it would be better to contact Xbox Support at (800) 4MY-XBOX or (800) 469-9269 for free repair.
Hope this helps!
