I am trying to estimate if our AS/400 has room for a V.35 adapter. We need
to add
a digital line to the AS/400 and remove a V.24 analog. We have one
expansion slot
open on our 9402 model 200. Do the expansion boards come with different
configurations. Such as multiple V.35 Adapters. Could you get a expansion
board
with lets say 2 V.35 and 2 V.24 adapters. I don't have a IBM
Communications Manual to look at. Any info would be helpful.

What you would get in this case is a 2623 IOP, this will take your one
open slot
and give you three slots for IOAs. You will also need two 2613 V.35
One-Line Adapters
and one 2609 EIA 232/V.24 Two Line Adapter filling up the 2623.
