They don't get int o the details but a reputable bicycle shop would be able to assist you with the bearings.

Schwinn probably has a way to get the axle.

I have a Mongoose Dual Suspension Mountain Bicycle 26 inch that I purchased approx. 2007 and I need the rear wheel axel and bearing assembly. Where would I be able to purchase these parts?

It's prabably easier to buy a whole new hub. And for ablout another $20 you get a whole new tire. You should do that. Have a bike shop do it because it can be tricky.

Passenger side at end of axle losse inside rotor is loose on bearing and flopping inside with wheel off will just a bearing fix this

most likely it will be just the bearing, unless someone has driven it this way for prolonged time in this case it might need other parts as well such as a new axel, or even a rotor. if it has been the case then the axel nut that holds the axel in the bearing has gotten so hot the chances of loosining it up will be verry slim and verry hard to remove, thus damaging the axel nut threads. if nit is this loose, I would expect to replace the bearing and the axel.

Hello I'm looking for a tub bearing for a bosch washer. WFMC3200UC

Hello, The part you are asking for is available, but it can only be purchased with the entire polinox tub assembly. Part # 245703 and retails around $375 - $475 or more at most places, but ( check out searspartsditect.com they list it now for $204.89...that is an amazing deal ! ) this includes the entire kit. B/S/H ( bosch) does not make available just the bearing. If the bearing is worn, than so is the basket spline, bearing & seal, so they figure the proper repair is the entire tub. I agree, in my experience everything else is just half measures and more work down the road, and I've seen a lot of them. Hope this answer's your question and moves you forward. Let me know if you require further assistance and I'll see what I can do. Thank you for choosing "fixya" for your inquiries. Please take a moment and rate the info I provided here today. Thanks again and good luck. Macmarkus :)

You don't. Ever work on a rear axle. Remove cover, one bolt, pull pin and axle clip. Then pull axle, and off to auto parts store, to press on new bearing.

Replace rear axel bearing on 4x4 5.3 Litre gas engine

Loosen differential cover and let oil drain. Remove cover, remove U lock from axel. Pull axel out. Remove bearing seal then bearing. Install new bearing, seal and reinstall axel. Reinstall U lock and new cover gasket. Fill with 75-90wt gear oil. Now I know that sound pretty straight forward. But there are some things to remember. The U lock can be difficult to remove sometimes. The most important thing is the seal, you will need to make sure it gets seated correctly and not torn when installing axel.
