Question about Hilti Drills
You can go to any repair shop and match the cord with a suitable replacement. There is a screw holding the back cover where the cord enters the tool. Hilti uses ferrules to crimp on the cord end for better contact if not you can solder them and after installation give them a slight pull to make sure tightened sufficiently.
