Doesnt switch on

Hi i tried updating to the latest software on my n73n got to step 2 and the computer doesnt recognise the phone anymore and the phone won't witch on seems dead.what can i try doing

I was trying to update my N73's firmware, but then


hi for this follow these steps :-
1. full charge your phone 2. connect your phone with pc through data cable. 3. and then run nokia software updater and wait for 5 to 10 minutes

Trying to update phone operating system but comes bake failed


Please tell me what steps and programs you are using. It should be something like this:
Install Latest version of Nokia PC Suite
Install Nokia Software updater
Connect your phone to computer via DKU-2 cable
once Nokia pc suite confirms that your hone is connected then run the Nokia software updater and it should do the rest.
If you need your data from the phone back it up 1st using the PC suite

MY PC DOES NOT RECOGNISE MY PHONE DEVICE ANYMORE


hi im josh in cebu phils. may i help you? if it happens when the phone is not be recognized in your pc. there maybe some problems on it. first is the connection and 2nd is the software driver. all you have to do is check the connections first such as cable , chords and wire from phone to pc. 2nd try to re install your software driver. but make sure to remove the old software driver before installing the new one. thats all hope i helped you.good luck.

Sansa e280 fatal failure - black screen, unrecognized by comp, won't restart..


1. turn sansa clip on
2. slide to "hold"
3. press and hold center button do NOT let go...
4. plug in the connector cable
5. wait until computer recognises Sansa device
6. let go of center button
7. drag n drop files and you are all set

if that doesnt work you will need to go to the sandisk website to update the firmware on your device..

Device not recognised in Vista, although will work for a while, have to keep reinstalling the device driver


Make sure you have the latest update of the DSS Player Pro software. Check under Help > About Dictation Module. You should be using version 4.10.3. If not, download the latest version with the latest Vista drivers.

TomTom 910 problem


leave on charge for two hours, then with the SD card out hold down the reset button at the back of unit for ten seconds and then the 'on' switch for ten seconds.
STEP 1
Connect your TomTom to your
computer True True (``````````` (``````````` 0 95250 95250 clip_image002.gif via USB and open up your Windows Explorer and go to the drive. (It will be listed as TOMTOM (E) or some other drive letter).
Copy the Yellow Folders one by one to your PC. Ideally, save all the folders under a new folder that you name.
You may find that the folder ttntools and gns may not be copied. This is o.k. if they aren't.
STEP 2
Format your Tomtom via MY Computer.
STEP 3
Copy the Yellow Folders from the
backup True True (``````````` (``````````` 0 95250 95250 clip_image002.gif you made in STEP 1 back to the TomTom.
STEP 4
Open TomTom Home
Click on Upate Now.
Install the latest update onto your TomTom.
Once installed, switch your TomTom off, then disconnect if from the PC.
Thats it. From now on, make a full backup using TomTom Home prior to any updates.
Also note, that copying all the files will take some time.

Ipod nano 1st gen sync/charge problem


Try these options i got them from apple when my ipod dident work trying a new port and reinstalling itunes worked for me 1)Reset your iPod. 2)Retry with a different USB or FireWire port. 3)Restart your computer and make sure you have the latest software updates installed. 4)Remove iTunes software and then reinstall iTunes software from latest versions on the web. last resort 5)Restore your iPod. See ?Updating and Restoring iPod Software? in the user's guide.
