Question about Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium Edition for PC
Try to boot up in safe mode, keep pressing f8 till a menu appears and use the arrow keys to select safe mode. Then press enter. Once the windows login screen appears choose Administrator to log in. Then click the start menu button (the microsoft flag button) in the bottom left of the screen and click control panel, choose user accounts, then choose add or remove user accounts. Click yes to allow , then click on your daughters aunts account and click remove password. Now restart the pc and you will not have to enter a password.
If you dont have the administrator account to log into you will have to reply with the exact make and model of computer as you may have a recovery partition to restore the pc back to how it was when it was first purchased

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
