and compare that is your BIOS updated ? If not, I suggest first update your BIOS to the latest version and see if error is removed ? Try Load Optimal Settings of BIOS. If fail, then try resetting the BIOS. If you have install anything new, try to boot by removing the new device. I suggest from the above URL, you can download the manual of the mother board.
