ECS G31T-M7 v1.0 always getting error flash part is not supported when updating bios. Any solutions for this?

If your motherboard is ECS G31T-M7 v1.0, it may not be compatible with the Radeon R7 240 GPU that you purchased. You should check the manufacturer's website for the list of compatible GPUs and also check the specifications of your motherboard to see if it supports the GPU.
If your motherboard is indeed compatible, it is possible that the error message "flash part is not supported" is due to an outdated BIOS. In this case, you should try updating your BIOS to the latest version using the ECS Live Update Utility or the BIOS update utility provided by your motherboard manufacturer.

Soyo Tech aid response 2A: "different BUSes" on 1999 AMI Bios on ECS P4800 Pro-M VI.0A pc motherboard.Won't boot but stops. How to fix?

Visit http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWebSite/Product/Product_Detail.aspx?DetailID=574&LanID=9
and compare that is your BIOS updated ? If not, I suggest first update your BIOS to the latest version and see if error is removed ? Try Load Optimal Settings of BIOS. If fail, then try resetting the BIOS. If you have install anything new, try to boot by removing the new device. I suggest from the above URL, you can download the manual of the mother board. I hope trying these steps will remove your problem.

ECS's BIOS flasher failed. Can't boot.

You may have to replace the BIOS chip, if it is removable. Contact ECS for a replacement chip

Computer will not boot after bios update

you updated the bios?

Its possible that your bios update failed and the bios is now corrupt.

try to rest the bios by th bios jumper, consult your manual or just remove the power and the battery for a hour and try again.

If the bios is corrupt it would need to be removed from the motherboard and reprogrammed.
